A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO
INSTITUTE EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS TO ACQUIRE CERTAIN
REAL PROPERTY FROM UNITED CHRISTIAN CHURCH FOR HOSPITAL
PURPOSES.
BE IT -RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF F.AYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to
institute eminent domain proceedings against United Christian Church,
an unincorporated association, to acquire fee simple title to the
following described real property to be used for hospital purposes:
A part of Block Numbered 37 in the original plat of the Town
(now City) of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and being more particularly
described as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a point which is 160
feet West of the Northeast corner of said block and running thence
Sodth;:.±80 feet; thence East 70 feet; thence North 80 feet;
thence West 70 feet to the place of beginning.
