A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A PARKING
LOT NORTH OF MCILROY BANK & TRUST FROM OFF-STREET
DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes the purchase
of that portion of the parking lot north of Mcllroy Bank
& Trust owned by Off -Street Development District No. 1 of
the City of Fayetteville for a total purchase price of $41,960.00.
