A RESOLUTION THAT -EFFECTIVE -•'JANUARY 1, 1982' THE
FAYETTEVILLE ANIMAL SHELTER SHALL BE FINANCED BY
APPROPRIATIONS FROM THE GENERAL FUND, RATHER THAN
THE SANITATION FUND AND EFFECTIVE THE SAME DATE
ALL ANIMAL LICENSE AND SHELTER FEE REVENUES SHALL
BE PAID INTO THE GENERAL FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That effective January 1;.1982 the Fayetteville
Animal Shelter shall be financed by appropriations from
the general fund rather than the sanitation fund and effective
the same date all animal license and shelter fee revenues
shall be paid into the general fund.
