A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE CITY'S PERSONNEL POLICY
PERTAINING TO UNIFORMS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City's personnel policy pertaining to uniforms
for Water and Sewer Department personnel is hereby amended
by adding the following:
Employees of the Customer Accounting and
Collection Division shall be provided three
sets of uniforms identifying them as City
employees, which uniforms shall be laundered
and cared for by the City and which shall
remain the property of the City or the uniform
rental agency. Each employee shall purchase
a uniform jacket. The City shall pay one-half
the cost of the jacket and the jacket shall
become the property of the employee at such
time as the employee is no longer employed by
the City provided all City of Fayetteville
identifying labels are removed from the jacket.
