A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF UP TO
10% OF THE AMOUNTS BUDGETED IN THE 1980-81 WATER
AND SEWER, AND SANITATION BUDGETS UNTIL THE 1981-82
BUDGETS ARE ADOPTED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That an expenditure of up to 10`/, of the amounts
budgeted in the 1980-81 water and sewer, and sanitation
budgets is hereby authorized until the 1981-82 budgets are
adopted.
PASSED AND APPROVED this elf day of July, 1981.
