A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY OWNED BY BILLY LINN ASHMORE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby confirms the annexation
of that
Exhibit
property owned by Billy Linn Ashmore described in
"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.

A part of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northeast Quarter
(NE 1/4) of Section Twenty-four (24) in Township Sixteen (16)
North of Range Thirty-one (31) West, more particularly described
as follows, to -wit: Beginning at a point in a public road which
is 47.52 feet West of the Southeast corner of said forty -acre
tract, and running, thence West 1262.25 feet to a point which
is 11.23 feet East of the Southwest corner of said forty -acre
tract„thence. North 396.00 feet, thence East 942.48 feet to a

point in the aforementioned public road, thence along said
public road South 30° East 180.84 feet, thence South 40°15'
East 69.30 feet,' thence South 45°20' East 264.00 feet to the point
of beginning, containing ten (10) acres, more or less, except so
much off the East endrasis occupied by the aforementioned public
road.
