A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE POLICY OF THE FAYETTEVILLE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS REGARDING THE CONSTRUCTION OF ROADS
AND IMPROVEMENTS IN THE FAYETTEVILLE INDUSTRIAL PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the policy of the City of Fayetteville
regarding
the construction of roads and improvements in the Fayetteville
Industrial Park shall be for the City to provide labor and
equipment for said improvements when the cost of materials
is available from land sale proceeds.
