THE RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A DOWNTOWN PARKING FACILITY
TO SERVE THE CONTINUING EDUCATION CENTER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY •
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and instructed
to advertise for bids in accordance with state law for the
construction of a downtown parking facility to serve The
Continuing Education Center, the plans and specifications
for which have been prepared by Halley; Powers and Froning,
Ltd., Architects, are on file in the office of the City
Clerk, and are incorporated herein by reference thereto.
The minimum prevailing wage rates, -as determined by the
Arkansas Department of Labor, for each craft or type of
workman and the prevailing wage rate for holiday and
overtime work shall be paid.
