A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A GENERAL FUND BUDGET
ADJUSTMENT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR PAYING A
TORT CLAIM BY NANCY MAHLER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the budget adjustment indicated on Exhibit "A"
attabhed hereto and made a part hereof is hereby approved'
to appropriate funds to pay a tort claim to Nancy Mahler
for an accident occurring at the Wilson Park swimming pool.
