A RESOLUTION APPOINTING'HOWARD SCOTT TO FILL A...VACANCY
ON THE BOARD OF ASSESSORS OF FAYETTEVILLE STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 77-1.
WHEREAS, Henry Kelly has moved from the City of
Fayetteville thereby creating a vacancy on the Board of
Assessors of Fayetteville Street Improvement District No. 77-1.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby appoints
Howard Scott to fill the vacancy on the Board of Assessors of
Fayetteville Street Improvement District No. 77-1.
