A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE CITY'S
SANITARY LAND FILL CONTRACT WITH CARL D. CARPENTER
TO SUNRAY SANITATION, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby approves an assignment
of the City's sanitary land'fillccontract with Carl D. Carpenter
dated June 21, 1978 as amended by modification dated September 18,
1979, to Sunray Sanitation, Inc.
