A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE DRAINAGE EASEMENTS.TO THE UNIVERSITY OF
ARKANSAS IN SHREVE ADDITION, LEVERETT'S ADDITION,
?AND LEVERETT'S SECOND ADDITION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the three drainage easements attached
hereto marked Exhibits "A", "B" and "C", to the University of
Arkansas.

EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the undersigned, City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a
municipal corporation, Grantor, for the consideration of One
Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration to
it in hand paid by the Board of Trustees, University of
Arkansas, Fayetteville, Arkansas, Grantee, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain,
sell and convey to the Board of Trustees, University of
Arkansas, Fayetteville, Arkansas, a perpetual easement for
the purpose of constructing and maintaining drainage structures
and appurtenances thereto, to -wit:
A 20 foot wide drainage easement, being described as
beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot #18 in Shreve
Additions to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas; thence
running East 517.0 feet; thence North 20.0 feet; thence
West 517.0 feet; thence South 20.0 feet to the point of
beginning and containing 0.24 acres more or less.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said premises to said Grantee, the
Board of Trustees, University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, Arkansas,
for the uses and purposes hereinbefore described.

BE IT REMEMBERED, that on this day came before the

EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the undersigned, City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a
municipal corporation, Grantor, for the consideration of One
Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration to
it in hand paid by the Board of Trustees, University of
Arkansas, Fayetteville, Arkansas, Grantee, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain,
sell and convey to the Board of Trustees, University of
Arkansas, Fayetteville, Arkansas, a perpetual easement for
the purpose of constructing and maintaining drainage structures
and appurtenances thereto, to -wit:
A permanent easement of 15 feet of equal and uniform width,
more particularly described as beginning at a point in
the Southeast corner of Lot 1 of Block "B" of Leveretts
Second Addition and running thence North 250 feet,
thence East 15 feet, thence South 250 feet, thence
West 15 feet to the point of beginning. Also a permanent
easement of 7.5 feet in width more particularly described
as beginning at a point in the Northwest corner of Lot 9
of Block "B" Leveretts Second Addition and running thence
South 125 feet, thence West 7.5 feet, thence North 125 feet,
thence East 7.5 feet to the point of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said premises to said Grantee, the
Board of Trustees, University of Arkansas, Fayetteville,
Arkansas, for the uses and purposes hereinbefore described.

line of Lot 1 of Block "B", said point being 135 feet
east of the Southwest corner thereof and running thence
North 375 feet, thence East 25 feet, thence South 375 feet
thence West 25 feet to the point of beginning, all in
Block "B" of Leveretts Second Addition and a replat of Block
and "C" of Fulbrights Revised Plat of Leveretts Addition to
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said premises to said Grantee, the
Board of Trustees, University of Arkansas, Fayetteville,
Arkansas, for the uses and purposes hereinbefore described.
