A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
THE DOWNTOWN SQUARE TO SOUTHSIDE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes the Mayor
and City Clerk to execute a deed conveying the property
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part
hereof to Southside Limited Partnership, an Arkansas limited
partnership.

This conveyance is subject to covenants and restrictions contained in
the Special Warranty Deed from the housing Authority of the City of
Fayetteville to Off -Street Parking Development District #1 of the
c City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, executed on 11-20-78 and filed for
o record in Deed Record Book 1007 at page 100. Property to revert to
City of Fayetteville if not developed as a retail mall or office
facilities within five (5) years from date of this,deed,' provided

Fourteen (14) feet of equal and uniform width off the East side
of Lot Number Four (4) in Block Thirty (30) in the original plat
of the town (now City ) of Fayetteville, Arkansas.
The East one-half (i) of Lot Numbered Three .(3) in Block
Number Thirty (30) of theoriginaltown, (now City) of Fayette-
ville, Arkansas, as designated upon the recorded plat thereof.
The West one-half (k) of Lot Number Three (3) in Block Number
Thirty (30), original town (now City) of Fayetteville, Arkansas,
as shown upon the recorded plat thereof, on file in the office
of the Circuit Clerk and Ex -Officio Recorder of Washington
County, Arkansas.
Lot Numbered Two (2) in Block Number Thirty (30) in the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, as designated upon the recorded plat
thereof.

and Vivian Koettel, to me personally known, who stated that they
were the Assistant Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Fayetteville,
Arkansas, a Municipal -Corporation, and .were duly authorized in their
respective capacities to execute the foregoing instrument for and
in the name and behalf of said corporation, and further stated and
acknowledged that they had so signed, executed and delivered said
instrument for the consideration, uses and purposes therein mentioned
and set forth.
