HomeMy WebLinkAbout30-81 RESOLUTIONRESOLUTION NO. SO -8/ A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE DOWNTOWN SQUARE TO SOUTHSIDE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute a deed conveying the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof to Southside Limited Partnership, an Arkansas limited partnership.
