A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER
TO TERMINATE THE CITY'S CONTRACT WITH MID -SOUTH SYSTEMS
CORPORATION FOR THE PURCHASE OF COMPUTER SOFTWARE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to give written notice to Mid -South Systems Corporation that
said corporation's contract with the City for the .purchase of
computer software is terminated for breach of contract based
upon said corporation's failure to provide computer software
in accordance with the contract terms. / ,
