A RESOLUTION INSTRUCTING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DETERMINE
WHETHER THE UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS FAVORS THE ANNEXATION
OF THAT PROPERTY ADJOINING ARKANSAS HIGHWAY 112 AND
WHICH IS COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE UNIVERSITY FARM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS.
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized to determine
whether the University of Arkansas favors the annexation of
University property adjoining Arkansas Highway 112 and which
is commonly known as the University Farm.
