A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE POLICY OF THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS TO IMPOSE A TEN PERCENT PENALTY FOR LATE
PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND RENTALS IN AIRPORT CONTRACTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby expresses its policy
that all Airport contracts should include a minimum ten per cent
(10%) penalty for late payment of all fees and rentals.
