A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO INSTITUTE
EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS TO CONDEMN THE INTEREST OF
WASHINGTON LODGE NO. 1, FREE AND ACCEPTED.MASONS IN
THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE CITY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed
to institute eminent domain proceedings to condemn the interest
of Washington Lodge No. 1, Free and Accepted Masons, in the
third floor of the City Administration Building located on
the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made
a part hereof.

EXHIBIT "A"
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 1 in Block 31
in the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, and running thence
east 65 feet, more or less, to a point 14 feet west of the
line of the west wall of the Washington Hotel Building,
thence south to the south line of Lot 4 in Block 31, thence
west to the southwest corner of said Lot 4 in said Block 31,
thence north to the place of beginning, except 16 feet off
the south side of said tract.
