A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
ATTORNEY TO NEGOTIATE THE PURCHASE OF THE MASON'S
INTEREST IN THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE CITY ADMINISTRATION
BUILDING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed
to attempt to negotiate the purchase of the Mason's interest
in the third floor of the City Administration Building.
