A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND 'FINANCE
DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE TO THE FEDERAL RESERVE BANK OF ST.
LOUIS A RELEASE OF PLEDGED SECURITIES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
•
That the City Manager and Finance Director are hereby
authorized to execute to the Federal Reserve Bank of St.
Louis a release of pledged securities at such times as the
execution of such a release may be necessary in the connection
with investment of City funds. A copy of the form of release
authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto marked
Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
