RESOLUTION NO. /02_ - 0
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXPEND UP TO
TEN PERCENT (10%) OF THE AMOUNTS BUDGETED IN 1981 GENERAL,
PUBLIC WORKS, AND AIRPORT FUNDS UNTIL THE 1982 BUDGET IS
ADOPTED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to
expend up to ten percent (10%) of the amounts in the 1981 General,
Public Works, and Airport Funds until the 1982 budget is adopted.
