A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY'S 1981 COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO THE
DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT FOR
FEDERAL APPROVAL" OF -SAID PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the Board of Directors hereby approves
the 1981 Community Development Block Grant Program reflected
on Exhibit -"A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized
and directed to submit an application to the Department of
Housing and Urban Development for federal approval of said
program.
