A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A CHANGE ORDER IN THE CITY'S CONTRACT
WITH HAILEY-POWERS-FRONING ARCHITECTS FOR RENOVATION
OF CITY HALL TO PROVIDE FOR THE DESIGN OF A TEMPORARY
CITY HALL FACILITY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF. THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute a change order in the City's contract with Hailey-Powers-
Froning Architects for renovation of City Hall to provide for
the design of a temporary City Hall facility. A copy of the
change order authorized for execution hereby is attached hereto
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

ADDENDUM DATE: DECEMBER 2, 1981
Addendum to Owner -Architect Agreement dated September 2, 1981, between
the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Hailey•Powers•Froning Architects,
Ltd
The Agreement is amended to include Basic Architectural Services for a
Temporary City Hall Building located on City Property, the Northwest
corner of South Church Street and Rock Avenue. Add the following to
Paragraph 14.2.1:
Basic Services shall be performed for a "Stipulated Sum"
of $7,500.00 as broken in phases as below. Invoices for
work completed will be tendered monthly or at the end of
a particular phase.

This addendum changes no other conditions of the existing contract
e xcept that, at the City's option, the Architect will include the
n ecessary boundary and topographic surveys and bill the City for same
