A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM DEED TO FAYETTEVILLE CITY HOSPITAL
FOR PROPERTY CONTAINED IN A VACATED ALLEY IN BLOCK 37
OF THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF FAYETTEVILLE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute and deliver a quitclaim deed to the
Fayetteville City Hospital conveying the following described
property:
Beginning 160 feet West of the Northeast Corner of Block
37 as designated on the plat of the original town (now
City) of Fayetteville, Washington County, Arkansas,
and running thence South 288 feet, thence West 15 feet,
thence North 288 feet, thence East 15 feet to the place
of beginning.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

to it in hand paid by FAYETTEVILLE CITY HOSPITAL, an Arkansas
non-profit corporation, Grantee, does hereby grant, sell and
quitclaim unto the said Fayetteville City Hospital, an'Arkansas
non-profit corporation, and unto its successors and assigns
forever, the following described land, situate in Washington
County, State of Arkansas, to -wit:
Beginning 160 feet west of the Northeast Corner of
Block 37 as designated on the plat of the original
town (now city) of Fayetteville, Washington County,
Arkansas, and running thence south 288 feet, thence
west 15 feet, thence north 288 feet, and thence east
15 feet to the place of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Fayetteville
City Hospital, an Arkansas non-profit corporation, and unto its
successors and assigns, forever, with all appurtenances
thereunto belonging.
