A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 94-81 TO AMEND
THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF THE REAL PROPERTY AUTHORIZED
FOR CONDEMNATION THEREBY FOR HOSPITAL PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That Resolution No. 94-81 is hereby amended by adding
the following to the legal description contained therein:
Also a part of Block No. 37 situated in the City of
Fayetteville, Washington County, Arkansas, the same
being more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said Block No.
37, and running thence South 80 feet; thence East 150
feet; thence North 80 feet, and thence West 150 feet
to the place of beginning.
