A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING REIMBURSEMENT TO SOUTHWESTERN
BELL TELEPHONE COMPANY FOR THE COST OF RELOCATING
TELEPHONE FACILITIES IN CONNECTION WITH IMPROVEMENTS
TO NORTH STREET.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes a reimburse-
ment to Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for the cost
of relocating telephone facilities in connection with improve-
ments to North Street under Arkansas State Highway 'and
Transportation Department 'Job 4716. Reimbursement in the`
amount of $ (i;c6,„, 47 is hereby approved.
