RESOLUTION NO. 1. O I
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE TWO QUITCLAIM DEEDS TO LYNN F. WADE, TRUSTEE,
FOR PART OF LOT NO. 8 IN BLOCK NO. 15 OF THE ORIGINAL
PLAT OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute two quitclaim deeds to Lynn F. Wade,
Trustee, for part of Lot No. 8 in Block No. 15 of the original
plat of the City of Fayetteville. Copies of the quitclaim
deeds authorized for execution hereby are attached hereto
marked Exhibits "A" and "B" and made a part hereof.
