A RESOLUTION APPROVING CERTAIN AMENDMENTS FOR ELIGIBILITY
UNDER THE CITY'S COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT HOUSING REHABILITA-
TION PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Community Development Housing Rehabilitation
Program Regulations are hereby amended to increase the proposed
maximum income limit for a direct cash grant to persons over
60 years old from $6,000 to $10,000 and to increase the maximum
grant amount from $8,000 to $10,000.
