A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
TO EXECUTE A UTILITY EASEMENT TO UTILITY COMPANIES
TO PERMIT THE RELOCATION OF UTILITY LINES IN
CONNECTION WITH THE WIDENING OF ROGERS DRIVE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the utility easement attached hereto
marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.

EASEMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the undersigned, City of Fayetteville, Grantor,
for the consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good
and valuable consideration to it in hand paid by all utility
companies, including cable television companies, providing
utility service in the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Grantees,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do hereby
grant, bargain, sell and convey to said Grantees, a perpetual
easement for the purpose of constructing and maintaining
utility lines and appurtenances thereto, to -wit:
11.5 feet of equal and uniform width off the north
side of the following described property: Lots.1
through 8 of Southview Addition to the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, as per plat on file in the
office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex -Officio Recorder of
Washington County, Arkansas.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said premises to said Grantees
for the uses and purposes hereinbefore described.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Be it remembered that on this day came before the
undersigned, a Notary Public within and for the County
aforesaid, duly commissioned and acting, the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, by John Todd, Mayor and Vivian Koettel,
City Clerk, to me well known to be the Grantors in the
foregoing Easement and stated that they had executed the same
for the consideration and purposes therein mentioned and set
forth.
