A` RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A QUIT CLAIM DEED FOR LOT NO. 4, BLOCK NO. 1
HUNTINGTON SUBDIVISION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Quit Claim Deed to Benno J. Bauer, Jr.
and Glenda Carol Bauer, husband and wife, for Lot No. 4,
Block No. 1, Huntington Subdivision, a planned unit development
to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.

That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a Quit Claim Deed to Benno J. Bauer, Jr.
and Glenda Carol Bauer, husband and wife, for Lot No. 4,
Block No. 1, Huntington Subdivision, a planned unit development
to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, a Municipality,
for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and
other good and valuable consideration in hand paid by Benno
J. Bauer, Jr. and Glenda Carol Bauer, husband and wife, do
hereby grant, sell and quitclaim unto the said Benno J. Bauer,
Jr. and Glenda Carol Bauer, husband and wife, and unto their
heirs and assigns forever, the following described land, situate
in Washington County, State of Arkansas, to -wit:
Lot numbered Four (4), Block numbered One (1), Huntingdon
Subdivision, a planned unit development to the City of
Fayetteville, Arkansas, as per plat of said subdivision
on file in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex -Officio
Recorder of Washington County, Arkansas.
This deed is given for the purposes of relinquishing any and
all interest which the City may have, may have obtained, or
may be able to obtain as the result of an encroachment across
the above described property, of a public way or road previously
granted and dedicated to the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, by
Ordinance Number 1609, passed and approved the 17th day of June,
1968, said roadway being more specifically described in said
Ordinance, and, by said description, lying entirely and totally
o utside the tract hereinabove described. That this Quitclaim
Deed shall further EXCEPT any and all other grants or easements
o f record, the same being intended solely and only for the pur-
poses of relinquishing any acquired interest by virtue of the
e ncroachment referred to hereinabove.

To have and to hold the same unto the said Benno J.
Bauer, Jr. and Glenda Carol Bauer, husband and wife, and unto
their heirs and assigns forever, with all appurtenances there-
unto belonging.
