RESOLUTION NO. 703— S20
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SUBMISSION OF THE NAME OF
ED FERGUSON TO THE WASHINGTON COUNTY EQUALIZATION
BOARD.
WHEREAS, due to the expiration of the term of J. 0. Kelly on
the Washington County Equalization Board, there now exists a vacancy
on said Board; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor has submitted the name of Ed Ferguson to the
Board of Directors for its approval of the submission of his name to the
Washington County Equalization Board to be appointed to serve a term on
rsaid Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS, that the submission of Ed Ferguson's
name is hereby approved for consideration to beappointed•to serve a term
on the Washington County Equalization Board.
