RESOLUTION NO. ‘412-26
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CHANGE ORDER IN THE
CITY'S CONTRACT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW AIRPORT
TERMINAL BUILDING IN ORDER TO PROVIDE COUNTER SPACE
FOR ROYAL AMERICAN AIRWAYS,_:INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to exeucte a Change Order in the City's contract for
construction of a new Airport Terminal Building in order to
provide counter space for Royal American Airways, Inc.
A copy of the Change Order authorized for execution hereby is
attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof.
