A RESOLUTION INSTRUCTING THE PLANNING OFFICE THAT
SECTION 18-47(b) OF THE FAYETTEVILLE CODE OF
ORDINANCES SHALL BE APPLICABLE TO THAT PROPERTY
REZONED BY ORDINANCE NO. 2642.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby instructs the Planning
Office that the provisions of Section 18-47(b)(3) of the
Fayetteville Code of Ordinances shall be applicable to development
on that property rezoned by Ordinance Np 2642.
