A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY TO
INSTITUTE EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDINGS TO CONDEMN
CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY BRIAN WALKER FOR AN
ADDITION TO WALKER PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed
to institute eminent domain proceedings to condemn for an
addition to Walker Park the following described property
owned by Brian Walker: All of Blocks A and B of Archibald
Yell Subdivision as per plat of said subdivision on file in
the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex -Officio Recorder of
Washington County, Arkansas.
