A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING WATER AND SEWER FUNDS FOR AN
INTENSIVE INDUSTRIAL WASTE DISCHARGE MONITORING PROGRAM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby appropriates $14,230.00
from the Water and Sewer Fund to conduct an intensive industrial
waste discharge monitoring
$5,760.00 to construct the
program and hereby appropriates
necessary monitoring stations.
