A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO DESTROY 1976
BANK STATEMENTS, GENERAL FUND FILE FOLDERS, AND PUBLIC
WORKS, SANITATION AND MISCELLANEOUS FILE FOLDERS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to destroy 1976 bank statements, 1976 general fund file folders,
and 1976 public works, sanitation and miscellaneous file folders.
