DIRECTOR PHIL COLWELL FOR HIS SERVICE ON THE CITY BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
WHEREAS, Director Phil Colwell has served on the Fayetteville Board
of Directors for the past four years; and
WHEREAS, as a result of his dedication as an elected representative
of the people and his efforts to maintain and enrich the standard of
living in his community, his fellow Directors view his leaving the City
Board with regret;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Directors do hereby express their sincere appreciation
to City Director Phil Colwell for his many contributions to the welfare
of the citizens of Fayetteville.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 15TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1980.
