A RESOLUTION APPROVINGNRECOMMENDATIONS FROM KING, HALL
AND ASSOCIATES REGARDING CITY PARTICIPATION IN THE ICMA-RC
DEFERRED COMPENSATION PLAN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Unclassified personnel under age 25 shall be
entitled to participate in the ICMA-RC Deferred Compensation
Plan after two years' employment with the City. Unclassified
personnel age 25 or over shall be entitled to participate in said
plan upon becoming employed by the City.

Section 2. The City shall contribute to the ICMA-RC Deferred
Compensation Plan of unclassified personnel by making an annual
contribution equivalent to a percentage of the employee's salary
in accordance with the following schedule:
Age Percent
20 - 29
30 - 34
35 and over
3%
4%
6%
Section 3. Unclassified personnel participating in the
ICMA-RC Deferred Compensation Plan shall contribute three percent (3%)
of the employee's salary to said plan; provided, no contribution shall
exceed the maximum allowed by law.
