CONSTITUTION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
THE PROPOSED NEW ARKANSAS
OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
That the Board of Directors hereby endorses passage
of the proposed new Arkansas Constitution to be voted
upon by the electors of the State at the general election
on November 4, 1980. /
