A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF UP TO
TWENTY.PER:CENT (20%) OF THE AMOUNTS IN THE
1979-1980 WATER AND SEWER BUDGET UNTIL THE 1980-1981
WATER AND SEWER BUDGET IS APPROVED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby authorizes- the
expenditure of up to twenty per cent (20%) of the amounts in
the 1979-1980 Water and Sewer Fund Budget until the 1980-1981
Water and Sewer Fund Budget is approved.
