RESOLUTION NO. 73-79
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO NEGOTIATE
AN ENGINEERING CONTRACT WITH MCGOODWIN, WILLIAMS & YATES, INC.,
FOR THE RELOCATION OF WATER AND SEWER LINES NECESSARY FOR THE
WIDENING OF ARKANSAS HIGHWAY 62 WEST.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and
directed to negotiate an agreement with McGoodwin, Williams
& Yates, Inc., for the purpose of drawing plans and writing
specifications for the relocation of water and sewer lines
necessary for the widening of Arkansas Highway 62 West.
