A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDITURE OF UP TO 10%
OF THE AMOUNTS IN THE 1978 - 1979 WATER AND SEWER BUDGET UNTIL
THE 1979 - 1980 BUDGET IS APPROVED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That an expenditure not to exceed 10% of the amounts in
the 1978 - 1979 Water and Sewer Budget is hereby authorized
until the 1979 - 1980 Water and Sewer Budget is approved.
