A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH MAIN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY TO
BORE A HOLE FOR A SEWER LINE UNDER U.S. 71 BY-PASS AT
CATO SPRINGS ROAD.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute a contract with Main Construction Company
to bore a 24" x 80' hole under U.S. 71 By-pass at Cato Springs
Road for the installation of a sewer line, which contract
shall be for a price of $60.00 per lineal foot with the City
to provide a back hoe to dig the boring pit, to furnish gravel
as base material for the boring machine, and to finish up the
crossing as soon as the bore is finished and the City is
assured it is on`great.1
