RESOLUTION NO 53.-19
A RESOLUtION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO INSTITUTE EMINENT DOMAIN PROCEEDING TO CONDEMN CERTAIN
LAND FROM THE FAYETTEVILLE CITY HOSPITAL FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF A PUBLIC CONVENTION CENTER.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed
to condemn from the Fayetteville City Hospital that property
described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof
which property is necessary for construction of a Public
Convention Center.

said Lot #8, said point being on the South and East right-of-way of two alleys,
thence S 0025142" E 36.81 feet along East right-of-way of said alley; thence
leaving said alley East 25.0 feet; thence N 0025'42" W 36.81 feet to the South
right-of-way of an East-West alley; thence West with said right-of-way 25.0
feet to the point of beginning und containing 0.02 acres, more or less
