A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ENGINEER TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A 12" SEWER LINE AND A 8"
WATER LINE IN THE FAYETTEVILLE INDUSTRIAL PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed
to advertise for bids for the installation of a 12" sewer line and
a 8" water line in the Fayetteville Industrial Park to provide
water and sewer service to the Norris Industries (McIntosh) Plant.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 6:7:4-4 day of 1979.
