A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AMENDMENTS TO THE CITY'S LEASES WITH THE FEDERAL AVIATION
ADMINISTRATION FOR A FLIGHT SERVICE STATION AND A TRAINING/
EXAMINATION ROOM AND AIR CONTROL CONSOLE AT DRAKE FIELD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute amendments to the City's lease agreements
to the Federal Aviation Administration for a flight service
station and training/examination room and air -control
console at Drake Field to extend the terms of said leases. A
copy of the lease amendments authorized for execution hereby
are attached hereto marked Exhibits At and "B" and made a part
hereof.

SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, lita4e and entered into this, day

Lease No. DCM-FA73SW41002, for the consideration end purposes more parties

To extends the lease term I year, commencing July Ls 1979,
and ending June 30, 1980.
ALL OMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS of the lease are hereby ratified except
es amended hereinabove Shall be and remain the Same.
