A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING THE GRATITUDE OF THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS TO GLEN RIGGINS FOR HIS CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE CITY
AS A POLICE OFFICER AND AS POLICE CHIEF.

WHEREAS, Glen Riggins has served the City of Fayetteville
in an outstanding capacity for many years as a police officer and
as Police Chief; and
WHEREAS, Glen Riggins has resigned as Police Chief because
of health reasons; and
WHEREAS, The Board of Directors desires to express its gratitude
to Glen Riggins for his many years of outstanding service in
the Police Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Board of Directors hereby expresses its tremendous
gratitude to Glen Riggins for his many years of outstanding service
as a member of the Police Department, both as a police officer and
as Police Chief.
