BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS: That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute a change order in the City's Youth Center Addition Contract with Heckathorn Construction Company to relocate an 8 inch sewer line and water piping service.
