RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE QUITCLAIM DEEDS TO JAMES E. MCBROOM AND HOMER MCBROOM.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute the quitclaim deeds attached hereto marked
"Exhbits A & B" and made a part hereof.

QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, a municipal cor-
poration, the grantor herein, for and in consideration of the sum
of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration
in hand paid by Homer McBroom, grantee herein, does hereby
grant, sell and quitclaim unto the said grantee, and unto his
heirs and assigns forever, the following land situate in the County
of Washington, and State of Arkansas, to -wit:
Part of the Northwest quarter of the Northwest quarter
of Section 23, township 16 North, range 30 West, described
as beginning at a point on the Westerly right-of-way line
of Arkansas State Highway No. 16 By -Pass, which is 469.92
feet North of the South line of the Northwest quarter of
the Northwest quarter of said Section, Township and Range
and running thence West to a point 240 feet East of the
Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 22,
township 16 North, range 30 West for a point of beginning;
thence South 10 feet to a fence on the South side of the
existing roadway; thence East along said fence 240 feet;
thence North 10 feet; thence West 240 feet to the point
of beginning.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said grantee, and
unto his heirs and assigns, forever, with all appurtenances
thereunto belonging.
