A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO THE ARMED GUARD SECURITY AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY AND FRONTIER AIRLINES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTROS OF THE CITY OF
FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and
directed to execute an ammendment to the Armed Guard Security
Agreement between the City and Frontier Airlines. A copy of
said amendment, marked "Exhibit A" is attached hereto and
made a part hereof.

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
AMENDMENT to Armed Guard Security Agreement by and between
City of Fayetteville Arkansas and FRONTIER AIRLINES, INC. dated
August 6, 1975, (hereinafter "Agreement").
Said AGREEMENT is hereby amended to change the monthly payment
and term as stated in the following paragraph:
PARAGRAPH 3
Commencing January 1. 1979 and continuing until
cancelled as hereinafter provided, Frontier agrees
to pay to Airport Operator and Airport Operator
agrees .to_accept a s—F-rontie r'-s-total-monthly-contrribu
tion and obligation relative to F.A. R. Part 107. 4
the following amount, payable within thirty (30) days
of receipt of invoice:
Three Thousand Two Hundred Twenty
Seven and 22/100 Dollars ($3, 227. 22)
In the event of temporary interruption of service due to
labor dispute or other reasons beyond the control of
Frontier, the monthly payment of $3,222..2.a. will be
reduced by 1/30th of this amount for each day on which
no scheduled departures occur.
PARAGRAPH 4
Unless sooner terminated as provided in the Agreement
as amended herein this Agreement shall continue for a
period of One U) year commencing January 1, 1979
and terminating December 31, 1979. This Agreement
will be renegotiated with the start of security screening
by Scheduled Skyways to reflect the participation of
Scheduled Skyways in the costs outlined above.
All other provisions of the Agreement as originally written to remain
in full force and effect.

AMENDMENT to Armed Guard Security Agreement by and between
City of Fayetteville Arkansas and FRONTIER AIRLINES, INC. dated

Said AGREEMENT is hereby amended to change the monthly payment
