A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXPEND
UP TO TEN PERCENT (10Z) OF THE AMOUNTS BUDGETED 1979
GENERAL FUND, SANITATION FUND, PUBLIC WORKS FUND AND
AIRPORT FUND UNTIL THE 1980 BUDGET IS ADOPTED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF FAYETTEVILLE, ARKANSAS:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to expend up to ten percent (10%) of the amounts in the
1979 General Fund, Sanitation Fund, and Public Works Fund and Airport Fund
until the 1980 budget for said funds is adopted.
